If you have purchased an item/s and decide you would prefer a different size or a new item/s entirely there are conditions that needs to be met to make an exchange.

The conditions:

There should be no creased leather on the shoe

There should be no marks on the souls

There should be no wear impressions on the inner sole

The shoe should be sent back in its original packaging

There should be a copy of the original invoice with the shoes

You will be responsible for all costs involved in returning the shoes and sending the replacement pair/s.
