With over 40 different colors and more than 20 distinct shoe styles, each product is crafted to meet your specific requirements. Due to the custom nature of our products, our returns and refunds policy is designed to ensure fairness to both our customers and our business.
GENERAL RETURNS POLICY
Due to the customized nature of our products, which are made to your specified color combinations, styles, and sizes, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Why We Can’t Accept General Returns:
With over 40 leather colors available and most of our shoes featuring at least 2 different color sections, the possible color combinations for a single shoe design exceed 1,600 unique options. When factoring in the various styles and sizes, the likelihood of another customer matching the exact specifications of your custom order is extremely low. - Exceptions:
In rare cases, management may make exceptions. For any return or exchange to be considered, the following conditions must be met:- The product must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Proof of purchase from Cynaroides Boutique must be provided.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and the delivery of any exchanged product.
- If the exchanged product is of a higher value than the returned item, the price difference will be billed to the customer.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We strive to ensure that every product meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. However, if you believe your product is defective, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution.
- Our Process for Defective Products:
- If a product is deemed defective, we may repair or exchange it for the same product, provided it is returned within 21 days of purchase.
- The following are not considered defects:
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by negligence, misuse, or incorrect usage of the product.
- Situations where the product specifications, as accurately described on our website or catalog, do not meet your expectations or suit your needs.
- Slight variations in color hues due to differences in leather dye batches.
- Natural variations in leather texture or unique characteristics, which are inherent to the material and part of its charm.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR REPORT A DEFECT

- If a return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
- Ensure the product is securely packaged and includes all original packaging materials.
- Include your proof of purchase and a brief explanation of the issue.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued in cases where a product is deemed defective and cannot be repaired or replaced. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
