Orders are usually shipped within 5 to 14 business days. Once collected by the courier service, your order should be delivered:
Courier Guy in one or two days
PostNet to PostNet two to three days
Pep to Pep 7 to 14 days
Deliveries could be delayed due to various reasons. In these instances, Cynaroides Boutique will not be liable for any consequential loss. Please ensure that you check your delivery before signing for it. We will not accept liability for missing or damaged items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company.

Return & Refunds
The provision of goods and services by Cynaroides Boutique is subject to availability. In the unlikely event of unavailability, we will refund the client in full within 15 business days.
Cynaroides Boutique will only replace goods that are defective because of a manufacturing error, poor workmanship or if the incorrect item has been delivered. Any discrepancies in the final product delivered to you must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. In this event, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item. Once returned, the item will be inspected and provided the fault is as claimed, and the item/s have not been worn and/or washed, a new item will be dispatched to you.
