At Cynaroides Boutique, we are committed to delivering your bespoke products in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle deliveries within South Africa.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently only ship within South Africa and do not offer international shipping.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 to 14 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been collected by the courier service, delivery times are as follows:
- Courier Guy: 1 to 2 business days.
- PostNet to PostNet: 2 to 3 business days.
- Pep to Pep: 7 to 14 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.

DELAYS

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, public holidays, or incorrect address details. Cynaroides Boutique will not be liable for any consequential losses resulting from delayed deliveries.

CHECKING YOUR DELIVERY

Please ensure that you inspect your delivery before signing for it.
If you notice any missing or damaged items, you must bring this to the attention of the delivery company immediately.
Cynaroides Boutique will not accept liability for missing or damaged items unless the issue is reported to the delivery company at the time of delivery.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address at the time of placing your order.
Cynaroides Boutique will not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, depending on the courier service used. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
