At Cynaroides Boutique, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our policy regarding order cancellations, sale items, and pricing below.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

If you wish to cancel your order, the following conditions apply:

  1. Cancellation Before Shipping:
    • If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund you the full price of the order, minus a 15% administration fee.
  2. Cancellation After Shipping:
    • If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, we will refund you the price of the order, minus the shipping fee and a 15% administration fee.
    • The refund will only be processed after we receive the returned product in its original condition, as it was sent to you.

SALE ITEMS

  • Regular-Priced Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges, subject to the terms outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
  • Sale Items: Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. All sales on discounted items are final.

PRICING

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Cynaroides Boutique reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product, promotion, or content at any time without notice.
