Order Cancellation & Sale Items Policy

1. Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately at info@cynaroides.co.za with your order number. If already dispatched, please refer to our Return & Refunds Policy.

2. Cancellation Refunds

Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Sale & Discounted Items

• All sale items are final sale — no returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Sale items are clearly marked on product pages and at checkout.
• Faulty sale items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

4. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled before the estimated dispatch date. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
